Fusadems is school management software made in Ghana. We build it with the owners, heads, bursars and teachers who use it, for schools from creche to senior high.

Our mark is drawn from Hwehwemudua, the Adinkra symbol of excellence and high standards: the rod used to check that things are measured right. It is what we want for every school that uses Fusadems: records that are right, money that adds up and learners whose progress is clear.

Fees go straight to the school. Records can be downloaded at any time. Every change shows who made it.

Our founding schools shape what we build next. We tell you plainly what is ready and what is still coming.
Where we are today
Fusadems is new. The school office, teacher portal, parent and student portals, fees with online payments, payroll, the canteen and feeding cards, the school shop and the library are built and working. We are now welcoming our first founding schools, who get half price for their first year in return for honest feedback.
