Giving learners the student portal

Which classes, PIN slips, and what learners see.

Under Students > Student portal, turn the portal on for the classes you choose. Learners in other classes can’t sign in.

PIN slips

Make PINs for a class and print the slips. Each slip has the school code, the learner’s number and a 6-digit PIN. Hand them out in class.

Today’s lessons, the timetable, courses, online tests, homework, results you have shared, attendance, the calendar and the library.

Five wrong PINs lock the account for 15 minutes. Print a new slip to reset a forgotten PIN.
